On 10th August Honarable Judge of the Kerala High Court Justuce P.N. Raveendran heard our contempt of court appeal. Having heard the learned counce Adv. Gopakumar, judge asked the standing counsel of KSEB to respond. The standing counsel requested one month time for promoting the respondents.
The court in its magnanimity offered to give six weeks from the date of order for complaince and reporting.
So, we got our second interim order. Eventhough some may call us lucky, I feel that it is not luck but the justness of our case is the reason and ofcourse i am not forgetting our advocate Adv. Gopakumar.
Well, this is the situation. We are still in the game. The ball is again in KSEboard’s court.
The play will continue for the next six weeks. Lets hope that tie breaker is not required after this extra time.

I remember that about 8 months back one HR operator (retd Se from board) at 110 Kv Sub Stn , Edayar immediatly closed the 110 kv earth swith without taking permit on the 110 kv feeder causing conductor snapping on 110 kv feeder from aluva to edayar at 3 places . Board washed the hand by throwing out the HR operator and closed the file since there is no mishaps occured
